Base Game
The game takes place over a 9x7 grid with low paying symbols being depicted as different types off tropical fruit and high paying symbols being portrayed as bells, dice and diamonds amongst others. Totem Frenzy, Collect - When 2 Tiki masks on the same side of the reels are active, they may gather all of one type of fruit symbol from the reels.
Totem Frenzy, Remove - When 2 Tiki masks from the same side of the reels are active, they may remove all symbols from the reels, and new ones will fall in to replace them.
Totem Frenzy, Generosity - When 3 Tiki Masks are wild but there is no win, there is a chance that the active totem will hit the slot and turn the final mask wild.
Bonus Game
If you manage to turn all the Tiki Masks wild you will unlock the bonus game which awards 10 free spins. A large Tiki mask can randomly trigger which will bump this number up to 15. Tiki mask symbols stay wild throughout the free spin round. Fruit symbols that form a win will contribute to their corresponding progress bar displayed at the top of the game with 35 fruits being needed to fill the bar. Upon being filled this symbol will be completely removed from the game hopefully leaving only the high paying symbols in play. Tiki Fruits Totem Frenzy is a bright and flashy game that attempts to pack a lot of fun into its quite simple design. The games cluster pays and randomly triggered features allow the slot to remain fun and engaging though out. However one of our main criticisms would be how the bonus game is won. Having to trigger all four Tiki masks can prove difficult without a random totem frenzy feature triggering to help unlock all four infact in our 12 bonuses gained while playing the game not one was won without this, meaning its pretty easy to tell whether you will gain access to the bonus or not. This coupled with the length of time the base game takes to portray each spin results in a frustrating experience knowing you haven't won a bonus but still having to let the spin play out.
